Why else is white such a great decision?  If you don?t want to tone down wild paper, if you don?t want to make a present sedate or neutral, white allows you a canvas on which to create your very own wrapping tissue.  A great, and easy, way to do this is to crumple up some sheets of white tissue.  Using bright water color paints, make your own design.  If you use a bit more water, the colors will run together, which can create a wonderful effect.  You can also rip pieces of white tissue and layer them on another sheet for a great textured look and feel.  This is a great use for old tissue from gifts you have received.  Recycled materials can be very chic, and they will certainly be appreciated by your eco-conscious friends.

White is the new black!  When it comes to wrapping tissue paper, it is a very practical choice.  You can order in bulk to save money and to be prepared to give beautiful gifts anytime you like.  Besides being utilitarian, though, white is always classy, elegant, and refined.  No matter what is inside the wrapping, your recipients will appreciate the thought that you put into the outside.
